Joe continued operating in Manitoba up until the end of February 2023 with an expired business license, no insurance and without pulling permits. He continued to use the name to make himself look legitimate but didn’t renew his license since he had plans to leave Winnipeg and head to Calgary where he is located now. He has since stopped using this company name and removed the name and logo from his white Dodge Ram truck. Joe has been active now throughout 2023 and 2024 in Calgary and Airdrie and is taking advantage of the new market that is less familiar with his history of manipulation, shady business and legal trouble.
